📚 Book Fair Volunteers

Our annual Book Fair is just around the corner, and we're looking for parent, grandparent and family volunteers to help make this event a success!

Volunteers may assist with:

• Setting up and packing down the Book Fair
• Assisting students and families with purchases
• Restocking books and displays
• Helping create a welcoming environment for our school community

If you're available to help, please email Westbreen.ps@education.vic.gov.au with your name and the days you're available. You will need a current Working With Children Check and an annual induction with Ms Kerry before the event.

🌭 Bunnings BBQ – Donations Needed

Our annual Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser is fast approaching, and we are seeking donations of supplies to help keep costs down.

We are looking for donations of:

• BBQ trays
• Aluminium foil
• Cooking oil
• Tomato sauce
• BBQ sauce
• Mustard
• Canned drinks or bottled water
• Disposable gloves
• Napkins

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.

If you would like to donate any of these items, please contact the school office or drop your donation into the office.

We are also looking for volunteers to help on the day. More information about volunteer shifts will be sent out soon. You will need a current Working With Children Check and an annual induction with Ms Kerry before the event.

🎁 Father's Day Stall – Donations & Volunteers Needed

Our annual Father's Day Stall is coming up, and we are seeking donations of suitable gifts to help make the stall a success.

Suggested donations include:

• BBQ tools
• Socks
• Mugs
• Chocolates or lollies
• Keyrings
• Pens
• Notebooks
• Car accessories
• Gardening gloves
• Small tool sets
• Stubby holders
• Hand creams or grooming items
• Reusable coffee cups
• Gift bags or wrapping supplies

If you have new items that would make a great Father's Day gift, we'd love to receive them.

Every donation is greatly appreciated and helps us provide an affordable and enjoyable stall for our students.

🌈 Colour Fun Run – Save the Date!

Get ready to finish the term with a splash of colour!

Our annual Colour Fun Run will be held on the last day of school, Friday 18 September. This is always a fun-filled event that students look forward to each year.

More information, including fundraising details, permission information and event times, will be shared soon.

Mark the date in your calendar—we can't wait to celebrate the end of term with a colourful afternoon!
