Fete Meeting

Our next fete meeting is online on Monday 1st June from 7pm-8pm. Please join us as we prepare for the fete. If you can't make it by 7pm just jump online when you can.

Sponsorship 

We have had a positive response to our call for  sponsorship so far with two Platinum Sponsors confirmed but we are still looking for more support from local businesses. 

Types of Businesses which may consider sponsoring are:

Lawyers / Accountants / Health or Medical practices / trades or wholesalers / training organisations or childcare centres / car dealers or mechanics 

If you know anyone in business who may be in the position to support our fete, please talk to Kate or Aimee or email the fete team - cohrfete@gmail.com

Donations Needed

Collection of Jars for Pick-A-Jar and Pre-Loved Clothes is underway. Please remember to place these items in the marked baskets in the foyer.

A blue table cloth is required for an exciting new side show game. It can be returned washed after the fete or donated to the fete for future use. Please place in the basket marked Pre-Loved Clothes in the foyer. 

Can you make lasagna

We are looking for chef’s to pre-make Lasagnas to be served on the night. A sign up sheet will be placed in the foyer next to the cake raffle list. Trays will be provided. Please indicate on the sheet how many you are able to make. We are looking for 8-10 in total.
