Hello Tarneit Senior College,

Welcome back to Term 3! We hope everyone had a restful break and is ready to dive into what will be one of the most important and exciting terms of the year.

A huge congratulations to our Year 12 Girls’ Soccer Team for making it to the Division competition - a first in Tarneit Senior College history! You’ve not only showcased incredible skill, teamwork, and determination, but you’ve also set a new benchmark for future teams. We’re so proud of you for representing our school with such spirit and making history for the girls at Tarneit Senior.

To our Year 12s, well done on completing your Oral Presentations. This is a major milestone, and it’s clear how much time and effort you’ve put into your work. Now, as the end of the year draws closer, we encourage you to keep pushing yourselves. VTAC applications are now open - take the time to explore your options and make informed choices about your future pathways. The finish line is in sight, but this is the time to stay disciplined, motivated, and consistent with your studies.

Keep an eye out for upcoming events that Student Council has been planning, as well as opportunities to get involved in the school community. This could be joining clubs, participating in sports, or volunteering for activities that will be happening in the coming weeks. These experiences can be just as valuable as your classroom learning and are a great way to connect with others.

We’re proud of the effort everyone has put in so far this year - now let’s bring that same energy into Term 3. Together, we can make this a term to remember and cross that finish line stronger than ever.
