Inquiry

Our Inquiry focus this term is ‘How can we use Earth’s Resources sustainably?’. Students will learn about a range of different natural resources, including water, oil, minerals, energy, wind and fossils and how humans can use these resources sustainably.

As part of their assessment for this unit, students will work towards developing their own innovative prototype that uses recycled materials for sustainable practices. This prototype will be showcased towards the end of the term at our parent exhibition. If you have any recyclable or reusable materials at home (old boxes, containers, milk or egg cartons, etc), please put them aside to be brought to school towards the end of the term.
