Chess Club

20 members of our Chess Club played in a tournament at Brunswick Secondary College on Tuesday 5th of August. and we had great results once again.

Big Congratulations to Maanas N Yr. 10 for taking home the Star of the Tournament trophy, he was undefeated winning all of his 7 games.

Congratulations also go to Jeremy W Yr. 8 who received a gold medal in the Year 7/8 division and to Jayda K Yr. 9 for receiving a gold medal in the girls division.

Ali T, Minh N, Kevin V and Brian G all received bronze medals in the Year 7/8 division.

Well done to Rafael F Yr. 9 and all players mentioned above for making it to the Secondary Open State Final next term. Jayda has also qualified for the Secondary Girls State Final.
