PARISH HISTORY BOOK

‘PARISH, PRIESTS AND PIONEERS, A HISTORY OF ST. BRIGID’S PARISH, GISBORNE’

To mark the 150th anniversary of St Brigid’s Church, Gisborne in February 2025, all families and parishioners are encouraged to purchase the book, which was written and published by parishioner, Leo Duggan in 2000 and has been re-printed with the addition of an Addendum summarizing what has occurred in the Parish since then.

Please support your Parish by purchasing a copy of the book. All proceeds will help your Parish to offset the costs of the recent 150th anniversary celebration. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

The cost for the book is $10 (A5 - small) or $20 (A4 – large).

Books can be purchased directly from the Parish Office or at weekend Masses.
