Xuno


We were made aware of some issues with the Xuno app this week. Thank you for letting us know. These issues are normally as a result of an upgrade and the advise from Xuno support are to try the following before lodging a request.

  • Clear out of the app completely
  • Check for upgrades of the app
  • Log out and log back in
  • Uninstall the app and reinstall
  • Contact office to reset your password if none of the above work.

Unfortunately most of the issues in an an update and like many apps, there can be issues.
