Respectful Parking in Our Neighbourhood 🚗 – Connected to community

As a community-focused school, we kindly remind everyone to be considerate when parking around the neighbourhood. Please ensure you are parking on the correct side of the road, avoiding footpaths and being mindful of our neighbours. Let’s all do our part to keep the area safe and accessible for everyone.

We love seeing our parents and caregivers attending assemblies. It makes such a difference to our school spirit! A huge thank you to everyone for wearing appropriate footwear in the gym. Your support helps keep our facilities in great condition for everyone to enjoy.

No Smoking/Vaping Signs Missing 🚭

Unfortunately, our No Smoking/No Vaping signs are being removed. If you hear any information within the community regarding this, please let us know so we can work with the police to follow up. These signs are in place to support a safe and healthy environment for our students.

CCTV Upgrade for a Safer School 📹

We have recently installed 10 new security cameras around the school. This means that most of our school grounds are now monitored, helping to ensure a safe and secure environment for our students, staff and visitors.

Junior Playground Safety Reminder 🛝

Our junior playground now has brand-new soft fall rubber surfacing! This is a fantastic repair to keep our children safe while playing. Please remind children they are not to use sticks or other objects to dig into the surface, as it is very costly to repair and we want it to last for years to come.

A Pawsome Update from Hana!

Woof woof, Kingswood community! 🐾 It’s Hana here, your friendly Wellbeing School Dog, with a little update on my adventures at school!

I have been loving my time at Kingswood since I started earlier this year. Every week, I get to meet so many wonderful students and I especially enjoy reading time with my Year 2 friends. There’s nothing better than curling up and listening to a good story! 📚🐶

But I have a small problem… I’m feeling a little rounder than usual! That’s because some tasty treats keep appearing on the ground, and, well, I just can’t resist! While I appreciate the extra snacks, my vet says I need to stay fit and healthy to be the best school dog I can be. So, can I ask for a little help? Please make sure all your food scraps go into the bin, not on the floor. That way, I won’t be tempted, and we can keep our school clean and tidy too!

Thank you for looking after me as much as I love looking after you! I can’t wait for more cuddles, belly rubs and fun times at Kingswood.
