Be Part of Our OLA School Fete

Our school fete is just around the corner, and we need volunteers to help coordinate stalls.

This is a great way to get involved, meet other families, and make the day special for our kids.

Available Stall Coordinator Roles: 

“Plants and Gardening”

Help sell plants and seedlings and share the green goodness!

A relaxed, friendly stall. No gardening experience needed.

“Second handbooks”

Help sell pre-loved books and shared the joy of reading. 

A calm, friendly stall that’s easy and enjoyable to run.

“Second hand toys and games”

Help sell pre- loved toys and make kids smile.

 A fun and easy stall with lots of happy customers.

“Choc o block”

Help sell the Choc o block game where winners try and win chocolate prizes! 

Fast paced, fun and always a crowd pleaser.

“Snow cones”

Help make and sell icy snow cones, a refreshing favourite on warm fete day. 

Easy, fun and very popular with the kids.

“Lucky bottles”

Help run the lucky bottles stall where every ticket wins a prize.

Fun and always a hit!

“HQ”

Be part of the action! Help answer questions and keep

everything runny smoothly.

If you would like to get involved, please either reach out to a member of our Fete Committee or we welcome you to come along to our first Fete Committee Meeting where we will be sharing ideas, plan stalls and kick off the fete preparations together.
