Welcome Picnic a Fantastic Success!

What a fantastic evening we shared at our OLA Welcome Picnic!

With beautiful weather setting the scene, families gathered for a relaxed and vibrant night

that truly showcased the spirit of our school community.

The food was delicious, the face painting was a huge hit with the kids, and the great tunes from our DJ kept the atmosphere buzzing throughout the evening. We’ve received wonderful feedback from families about how much they enjoyed the event. It was a great opportunity to connect, meet new families, and kick off the year together in such a positive way.

To our incredible volunteers, Kat, Clare, Dale, Boffin, Eli and Kyra (thank you for the ice!),

we simply couldn’t have done this without you. A big thank you also to the parents who stayed behind to help with the pack-down at the end of the night. A heartfelt thank you to Bakers Delight Thrift Park for generously supplying the bread. We really appreciate your support of our school community.

Next up this term is our fantastic Easter Raffle, led by our wonderful Grade 6 reps, Sanchia and Yvonne. Keep an eye out for ticket releases and make sure you’re in the draw for your chance to win one of our amazing Easter hampers! Thank you once again for helping make OLA such a connected, welcoming and vibrant community.
