STEM Conference

On Wednesday 13th August 2025, a squad of parent helpers and myself were thrilled to take a group of 28 passionate students to the Go Girl, Go for IT 2025 Conference. This free event, now in its 20th year, the conference was held at the Deakin University, Burwood Campus and hosted approximately 2000 students from some 80 schools around the state. 

It was a dynamic and inspiring day dedicated to encouraging young women to explore the exciting world of STEM!

We were able to keep the costs and impact to the school as minimal as possible by having one teacher attend with the help of volunteers. Thank you again to our volunteers Katrina, Eleanor and Bryan.
