8 weeks till market day - Saturday 12 September

We need your help - calling all parents/carers to help lead a stall!

To keep this amazing tradition going, we need fresh faces! We still need a volunteer lead for;

Face-painting stall
Hot food stall
Hot pie stall
Rides/activites ticket booth (note. rides/inflatables have already been organised)
Carnival games - support for senior students to run the stall

Volunteering for these stalls requires just your time on the day (half or whole day) of the market to support with coordinating other volunteers, bump in and bump out.

Volunteering is the heartbeat of our school community. Children love seeing their parents and carers involved! Market day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all that makes BNWPS so magical whilst raising much needed funds for the school!

Donations for Silent Auction

To make this year's Silent Auction another incredible success, we are reaching out to you for donations and support!

If you own a business, have a connection with a local business, have a unique item, experience, or holiday home to donate, we'd be delighted to hear from you. We're also grateful for recommendations of businesses that may be interested in supporting our school community as sponsors.

Pre-Loved Donations Needed

This week we'll be setting up our donation drop-off point inside the main school building near the Sprout entrance (the same location as last year).

We're looking for clean, good-quality:

Kids' and adults' clothing
Shoes, bags and costumes
Books, puzzles and board games

Popular items include jackets, ski gear and well-known brands. Please donate only items in excellent, wearable condition—no fast fashion or items with stains, holes or excessive wear. Please note: we are not accepting toys this year.

If you're planning an op shop clear-out or a trip to a pre-loved store, we'd love you to donate your items to the school market instead. Thank you for your generosity and support!
