Year 5 & 6 boys Netball and Girls Footy (AFL 9'S)

What a successful day at the boys netball and the girls footy last week. Here's what the children had to say:

Louie - It was really fun and everyone got to play a game they don't normally play

Matilda - It was really fun playing the other teams

Lincoln - It was a great day and we all learnt something new

Kora - It was my first time playing footy and it was a great day!

It was such a great opportunity for our students and it was wonderful to see so many of them embrace what was on offer. The girls finished 3rd for the day and our boys finished 2nd after losing the final by only 1 goal. 

Year 3 & 4 Soccer Gala Day 

Last Friday our Year 3 and 4 students were given the opportunity to take part in the Soccer Gala Day at Balwyn. The event was run efficiently so there were plenty of games played. We sent three teams - a boys team, a girls team and a mixed team. The children and staff loved the experience to foster friendships and compete in a relaxed and fun environment. 

We are looking forward to the Cricket Gala Day in Term 4.
