Specialist - ART SHOW

Under two weeks until the Secrets of the Garden Art show!

We are putting the call out for volunteers & donations. 

These events cannot be successful without the wonderful input from our families and friends.

​We are looking to BORROW:

• fake foliage (leaves / flowers)
• large green material (sheets for example) 
• ​Live plants to be displayed
• Fake bugs/insects and fruits and vegetables

These can be bought in on Thursday 23rd Oct 8:45am - 9am OR 3:30pm - 3:50pm.

A ‘Plan your art show’ document is coming your way soon, with all information needed for the special night regarding prices, activities & locations of artwork. If you want to get ahead of the game - pop the below dates in your diary to PRE PURCHASE your Art Show tokens (exchanged for goods and services on the night).

* Tuesday 28th October 

      - 8:45am  - 9:10am 

      - 3:20pm-3:45pm

  * Wednesday 29th October 

      - 8:45am  - 9:10am 

      - 3:20pm-3:45pm

Tokens will also be available to purchase on the night. 

The Silent Auction will open for bidding this Friday 23rd October; however you are now able to view all the amazing artwork on GalaBid. Don’t forget to register to place your bids! All money raised is going towards future play spaces for our students.
