Acting Principal's Message

🎪2026 Fete🎪
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our wonderful parent community for their incredible efforts in organising what promises to be a fantastic St. Joseph’s Fete. The time, energy, and dedication that has gone into planning this event is truly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
We are also extremely grateful for the generous support of our wider community and local businesses, whose donations have helped bring this event to life. Your contributions make a meaningful difference to our school.
Thank you to everyone involved; we can’t wait to come together and enjoy all the fun tomorrow!
NAPLAN
Our students approached the 2026 NAPLAN assessments with focus and determination, and we are proud of the calm and positive way they engaged with the testing process. They demonstrated our MAT Learner Dispositions of resilience and a willingness to do their best, even when faced with unexpected challenges.
This year’s testing period was impacted by technical disruptions experienced across the online NAPLAN platform. While this created some delays and required flexibility from both students and staff, our students handled the situation patience. We thank our teachers for their adaptability and careful support in ensuring the process continued as smoothly as possible.
Well done to all our students for their efforts and the positive way in which they navigated this year’s assessments.
BBQ Area Makeover Complete
We are very excited to announce that the BBQ Area makeover is now complete! Despite some challenging weather, our landscapers have worked tirelessly to ensure the space is ready for Fete Day tomorrow.
Over the past four days, students have been captivated by the activity, eagerly watching the workers and their diggers in action. There were even a few light-hearted jokes about recruiting some of our Year 6 students to help wheelbarrow the mulch!
We look forward to everyone enjoying this fantastic new space.
