Fun Day Wrap Up and 2027 planning
The numbers are in!
Despite the rain, we had a really impressive turnout and raised an incredible $15,500
The event was all about bringing our community together and raising the school’s profile among the local community. That was achieved in spades!
An event like this doesn’t happen without a lot of help behind the scenes. To everyone who contributed, big and small, to pulling the day together, an enormous thank you!
As previously communicated, the survey we circulated earlier in the year was overwhelmingly in favour of replacement turf for the school grounds. We are currently sourcing quotes for these works. The funds raised on the Fun Day have been earmarked to go towards that goal! Thank you!
It’s official! The Fun Day will be back in 2027.
Planning will kick off shortly, starting with a short event debrief from this year. Details will be shared on Dojo soon.
We’re also seeking expressions of interest for the Fun Day 2027 Lead and sub-committee. If this could be you, please reach out to the Committee; we would love to hear from you.
Mother's Day Events – Friday 8 May
The school are planning a lovely celebratory morning for our mums, grandmothers and guardians, starting with a breakfast in the school hall from 8.15am. We’re seeking volunteers from the dads in our school community to help with the breakfast. What do we need from dads? The event will be catered, so we would need your assistance between 7.30-9.15am on the day for set up and pack down of tables, serving of coffee and goodies. Following breakfast, there will be a liturgy at St Joseph’s Church starting at 9.15am.
Bookings for the Mother's Day lunch have been extended and will close at 10pm on 1 May 2026. Secure your spot now for what promises to be a beautiful afternoon of connection, celebration and community.
We will also be running a raffle to coincide with the Mother’s Day celebrations. Keep an eye out for raffle tickets!

Second Hand Uniform Donations
Has your child outgrown their uniform? The change of seasons is a great time to have a clear out! We will be holding another second hand unform stall towards the end of Term 2 and would gratefully receive any items you would like to donate. Please drop them at the school office.
P&F Meeting – 3 June 2026
Our next P&F meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 7pm in the Staff Room.
