Please find information about ordering and arranging catch-up sessions.
There are three different locations for families to be able to book a catch-up photo.

Medication at School
There may be times when your child requires medication during their school day. To enable us to administer any medication, we require a completed Medication Authority Form, along with the medication in its original packaging.
On the form you will need to include
- Medication Name
- Dosage amount
- Time to be taken
- How it should be administered
- Start & end time, or choose ongoing
- Supervision requirements, when taking medication (self-managed, reminder needed etc)
- Name and signature of carer
