EXAMS
A huge congratulations to all Year 12 students and 11 ATAR students for their efforts in the recent ESTs and Semester 1 ATAR exams. Class staff are currently working their way through piles of marking; it really is a huge undertaking by the team. Please be patient as task reports will be shared with parents and students once marking and moderation is complete. Thanks to all staff who supported with the set up and supervision of the exams.

What a month it's been for Cunderdin Ag netball! In Week 3, we travelled to the Northam Sports and Recreation Complex for the annual Fever Cup, taking two open boys' teams and two open girls' teams to compete against schools from across the region.
Our boys did themselves proud, with Cunderdin Ag Black finishing 4th and Cunderdin Ag Blue close behind in 5th place. Both teams played with great determination throughout the day and showed real growth as the games progressed.
The girls also had a day to remember. Cunderdin Ag Green, playing in a separate division, brought home a fantastic 3rd place finish after a string of strong performances.
Meanwhile, Cunderdin Ag fought their way through to the grand final - against a team they had drawn with earlier in the day. In a nail-biting finish, the girls found themselves trailing by a couple of points with just two minutes on the clock. With composure beyond their years, they rallied to score three quick points and surged ahead, holding on to take the win as the final siren sounded. A grand final victory in the truest sense!
A huge thank you to the staff who gave up their day to support the students: Jordan Lee, Jackson Evans, Phillipa Arthur and Kaylee Hamilton.
Looking ahead, all eyes are now on Country Week in Week 11, when our students will travel to Perth to compete against country schools from across WA in netball, volleyball, basketball, hockey, AFL, debating and touch rugby. Teams are already hard at work, training with their coaches once a week to make sure we arrive in Perth ready to compete.
It's shaping up to be a busy and exciting end to the term - we can't wait to see what our students achieve.
