Live Author Event

We watched a live event through the Museum of Australian Democracy at  Old Parliament House (MoAD), of Kirli Saunders reading her new book 'Afloat', which was released on October 1st, 2024.

We had a chance to ask the author questions and Valentino was happy that she answered his question about why she chose to use one sentence per page.

This led her to respond that the text was a poem. Great question Valentino!

The students also continue to explore the works of both Eric Carle and Geannie Baker.

A reminder to please ensure your children return their books, as there are many unreturned items.

A friendly reminder that Library Bags must be brought to each library session to return and borrow books!
