School Fees

Thank you to the families who have paid their school fees in full. If you have not yet finalised your school fees, please do so immediately as they are now overdue. Please contact Marisa to discuss any outstanding fees.

 

Medical

It is of paramount importance that we have up-to-date medical information and that parents contact us immediately if there are any changes that would affect the medical management of your child.  

A reminder that all medication with the exemption of asthma medication, needs to be sent to the office with a completed permission form for us to administer the required dosage.

All medical management plans for students with anaphylaxis and asthma need to be updated at the beginning of each year. Anna will contact Parents in early 2022 to complete this update as per our requirements. 

Please ensure that if your child has medication kept at school (Epipen’s, antihistamines, and Ventolin etc.) that it is all within their use by date.

Change of details

Please ensure that the office has current details including phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses. If your details have changed, please complete the eform via skoolbag app

 

Working with Children Checks

The Working with Children Check (WWC) is a screening process for assessing or re-assessing people who work with or care for children in Victoria. It is important to ensure that your WWC is current and up to date to be able to assist in our school. 

 

Visit https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/ to update, renew or apply for a card.

 

Once you have received a new card, please take a photo of your card and email it to Anna  at the school office on anna.amerena@sjwreservoirnth.catholic.edu.au

 

Uniforms in 2022

All students at St Joseph the Worker are expected to be in the new full school uniform of navy, white and grey at the beginning of 2022.
