WHAT IS HAPPENING AT PPPS

Keeping Our Students Safe at Drop-off and Pick-up

The safety of our students is always our highest priority, and we ask all families to help us create a safe environment during the busy drop-off and pick-up times.

When dropping your child off at school, please ensure they only exit the vehicle when you are parked in a designated parking space or in the school's Kiss and Drop zone. For their safety, children should NOT get out of the car while you are stopped at a roundabout, waiting at the pedestrian crossing, or in any other traffic queue.

To help keep everyone safe, we also ask families to:

  • Follow all road signs and parking restrictions around the school.
  • Use designated pedestrian crossings and follow the directions of our crossing supervisor.
  • Avoid double parking or stopping in no-standing zones.
  • Drive slowly and remain alert for children and other pedestrians, particularly during peak school times.

A few extra moments to park safely or use the Kiss and Drop zone can make a significant difference in keeping our students, families and staff safe.

Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation in helping us provide a safe school environment for everyone.

Message from the Canteen

We have recently noticed that some students are ordering lunch from the Staff Menu.

As staff orders are received later than student lunch orders, this creates challenges for the canteen team when preparing meals within the required timeframes.

To ensure all student lunches can be prepared and delivered on time, any student order placed using the Staff Menu will be substituted with a cheese or Vegemite sandwich.

We kindly ask families to ensure all student lunch orders are placed using the Student Menu.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
