Creator God, we follow in the footsteps of Jesus, as we walk together on your path of love, hope and faith.

Thank you for the gifts of our school,

our environment, our families and friends.

May our school be a place of learning, care, welcome and celebration.

Mary our Mother, pray for us.

St Mary of the Cross, pray for us.

Amen

The Sacrament of Reconciliation

This week, four of our students will make their first reconciliation in the Church to Fr Adi Indra. This is a very exciting and important aspect of their individual faith journeys, and we are incredibly proud of them.

The First Reconciliation will be held at 3:45pm and Fr Adi would also like to offer the opportunity to make a confession to any other members of the parish community (following the students).

These students have undertaken weekly sessions with parish and school leaders for the past couple of months in preparation for their first reconciliation. Well-done Sienna, Thomas, Eleanor, Indy, and from Colbinabbin; Thomas and Angus.

Graduation Mass

On Friday at 12pm, we welcome Fr Adi and the community to our 2025 Graduation Mass in the church. We take the time together during the Mass and will finish up with our Graduation ceremony. We invite families to the school for a sausage after the ceremony.

A Prayer for Our Students and Families

Loving God,

As we come to the end of the 2025 school year, we thank You for all the learning, friendships, and blessings we have shared.

We pray especially for our students making their First Reconciliation—may they feel Your kindness, Your forgiveness, and Your deep love for them.

We pray for our Year 6 graduates—guide their steps as they begin a new journey. Fill them with courage, wisdom, and confidence as they grow and discover the gifts You have placed within them.

Bless all our students, staff, and families. Keep us safe these holidays, grateful for the year that has passed, and hopeful for the one to come.

Amen.
