Wellbeing Update
Eliza Solly, Inclusion Leader
As the holidays approach, we recognise this is a valuable time for students to rest, recharge and enjoy a variety of activities. During this time, we also encourage families to support students in consolidating the wellbeing skills they developed throughout Term 1. This will help students return in Term 2 feeling confident, calm and ready to learn.
Opportunities to support your child at home include:
Making time for activities they enjoy

Please see below for a range of suggested activities to help build and maintain your child’s mental health and wellbeing over the holidays.
We look forward to seeing everyone back at school in Term 2.
