Zoos Victoria’s Youth Advisory Committee

Who: 

We’re looking for young people aged 13-19 years across Victoria who are passionate about wildlife, conservation, and youth leadership.

What: 

Applications are now open for Zoos Victoria’s Youth Advisory Committee (YAC)! This is a unique opportunity for young people to have a voice in shaping zoo programs, provide input on youth-focused initiatives, and work alongside Zoo staff to inspire the next generation of conservationists.

When: 

Applications are open now and close on Tuesday 10 March.

Where: 

Meetings are held at Melbourne Zoo during school holidays, with one online check-in each term.

Paid/Price: 

This is a voluntary opportunity, but committee members receive a $50 Prezzee voucher for each in-person meeting they attend.
