Refurb!

Williamstown Campus is excited to enjoy the refurbished gym floor, now gleaming with a fresh finish and clearly defined court lines that not only look fantastic but will support safe and confident play for all our sports programs and PE classes!

The Squid Games

Last week we held “The Squid Games” as part of our end of year wellbeing activities.  Students enjoyed competitive musical chairs, UNO and an egg and spoon races! Thanks to the Squid Master, Ms Anderson and the library team for organising the games!

Taiko (Japanese Traditional Drumming Lesson) 

The highlight of the Japanese language program this semester was the Japanese traditional drumming (Taiko) incursion for Year 7 and 8 students. This event provided a dynamic and engaging cultural learning experience. The powerful rhythms and energetic movements of Taiko drumming captured students’ attention from the very beginning and offered a unique insight into an important aspect of Japanese culture.

The hands-on drumming experience was a particular highlight, with students working together to create strong, coordinated rhythms. This engaging incursion provided a memorable cultural experience and enriched students’ understanding of Japanese music and traditions.
