An event where sporting prowess took centre stage, friendships were forged and re-ignited, tastebuds were tantalised, fireworks lit up the sky, and memories were made.
Building on the backbone of our inaugural event last year, Sports Winterfest 2024 did not disappoint. We had an incredible time celebrating with you all, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support from our students, parents, teachers, Cadets, volunteers (Chev Past Students, parents and staff) and food and beverage trucks. Your enthusiasm and participation truly made the day unforgettable!
Swipe through the photos below to relive the highlights of the event - each moment was special, and we’re so grateful to have such a wonderful community to share these memories with.
Thanks also to the generous supporters who ensured the fireworks display was one to remember!
Re-live the memories:

On Thursday 8 August Chevalier Past Students and local business owners/managers gathered at Peppers Craigieburn for an evening with our Principal Greg Miller. Greg spoke about our future-facing initiatives at the college, and invited guests to give feedback and discuss the skills and capabilities they look for in early-career employees.
It is often difficult for our outlying communities to make it to the College for events, so it was pleasing to see a great turnout at our Picton Town Talk on Wednesday last week.
Attendees provided some topics they would like addressed ahead of time, to help Greg Miller direct the conversation. There was also some time for a Q&A session.
Thank you to the parents and carers that attended. Your contributions were greatly appreciated.
