The Season of Lent 

Lent is like 'Spring Cleaning' for the soul. This week, why not challenge the family to pick one 'clutter' habit to give up (like complaining) and one 'joyful' habit to take up (like saying 'thank you' more often).

Loving God,

This week, we remember how Jesus shone with light on the mountaintop. We ask for that same light to shine in our school community.

Help us to be people of the light— Those who stand up for what is right, those who reach out to the lonely, and those who bring hope to their friends.

As the season of Spring begins to wake the earth, wake our hearts to grow in kindness and grace.
