Welcome Back and Welcome Year 7 students!

Our library is a welcoming space for reading, learning and creativity. The library is open to students before school, recess and lunchtime, as well as after school until 5pm.  Our library offers a wide range of books, study spaces, and engaging lunchtime activities. 

Whether students are looking for their next great read, a place to study or somewhere to connect with others, the library is here to support a love of reading and a love of learning.

Introducing Scholastic Book Club

We are excited to let you know that our school participates in the Scholastic Book Club program.

Catalogues are available from the school library, and families can also browse the latest issue online via the Scholastic Book Club website. The catalogues feature a wide range of affordable, age-appropriate books and educational resources carefully selected for different year levels.

All orders are placed online, making it quick and convenient for families. Once the books arrive at school, they will be distributed to students to take home.

The Scholastic Book Club helps foster a love of reading by giving students the opportunity to choose their own books. It also rewards our school with Scholastic Rewards, which we use to purchase new library resources and provide student prizes for events such as Book Week and our Book Fair.

Library Lunchtime Activities - Term 1

Students are welcome to join our lunchtime activities in the library! 

Keep an eye on Compass and Student Bulletin for other events and activities, including our upcoming Chess Tournament and Harmony Week celebrations.

Borrowing and Returning Books

Any books borrowed at the start of the year that have not yet been returned are now overdue and need to be either returned or reborrowed.

Students can return books using the return box in the library or reborrow them at the library desk.

Thank you to all students who return books on time so that others can enjoy reading and borrowing them too.
