Year 9 Barwon Valley Volunteering Program.

The Year 9 students currently participating in the Barwon Valley Volunteering elective have been actively supporting classrooms at the Barwon Valley School. Throughout the program, students have assisted with a wide range of activities including art, bike riding, sport, cooking, reading, mathematics, dance and music, while thoroughly enjoying the experience themselves.

We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both staff and students at the Barwon Valley School regarding the valuable contribution and support provided by the Belmont students. It has been wonderful to see the strong connections and positive impact this partnership continues to create for everyone involved.

This program has now been running successfully for the past 10 years, and we look forward to continuing this worthwhile partnership between the schools for many years to come.
