Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL)

Firstly, a big thank you to the many parents who responded to the task of voting for the values which we will include on our updated behaviour matrix as part of the PBL project we have undertaken.  It is important that your opinions are heard and we value your input.

On Monday the students were also taken through a process of voting for our school values.

Combining all the data sets, the PBL team have narrowed the 5 values down to-

Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.

The PBL team met on Monday afternoon to combine these vales along with drafts of the behaviour matrix from staff meetings.  These combined have formed the first draft of our new behaviour matrix.  This will be shared initially with staff in the first week of next term, and then  parents and students for feedback.
