Patterns

Students will explore number patterns, identify their underlying rules, and express these rules using algebraic equations. 

Fractions

Students will identify equivalent fractions and compare these to other fractions with unrelated denominators using a number line. Students will learn how to add and subtract fractions with unrelated denominators. 

Measurement

Students will be learning to convert units of measurement when measuring length, capacity and mass and how to solve problems in these contexts.
