Hockey Clinic
Last Thursday, 26th February, students enjoyed taking part in a free hockey clinic run by Hockey Victoria during their PE lesson.
The session was designed to promote hockey within the school. It provided students with
the opportunity to build their skills and learn more about the rules of the game through a
variety of engaging activities and fun games.
In addition, our local hockey club, Knox, is offering a five-week hockey program on Tuesday afternoons, starting Tuesday, 3rd March.

Foundation patterns!
Foundation students have been learning about patterns. They made octopi and put fruit loops on their tentacles to create different patterns.
2N Visit the Police Academy
Recently 2N had the opportunity to visit the Victoria Police Academy and had an amazing time! Students were able to support detectives in learning the best way to ask children information abouth the event.
The event students were questioned about was Charlie Silly Pants (an entertainer who visited 2N with some silly jokes/skills and important messages about friendship, oh - and chicken nuggets and diapers!!!)
2 JR will have the same expereince shortly.
More Foundation Fun!
Foundation students read the book Jack in a Box . The teachers uncovered 2 giant boxes. They had a discussion about what they could turn the boxes into and students then created their own designs.
"Our Chairs are on Strike!"
When 3G walked into their classroom this morning their chairs were in a pile! They were "sad" as they had been treated 'disrespectfully" by the students!
The students had to write a persuasive argument to convince the chairs to come off strike! They must have put up a good argument as the students are now back on their chairs!
