At Pacific Assist (Australia) and Furniture for Schools (New Zealand), we believe every child deserves access to quality education and opportunities for a brighter future. We work closely with island nations such as Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Kiribati, and Vanuatu, providing essential resources to support learning and create pathways for employment and study.

As we grow our team to 40 dedicated staff in the next 12 months, we invite Australian school Principals to be part of this transformative journey. Your school can make a real difference by donating surplus resources like desks, chairs, books, and other educational materials to help equip classrooms with basic essentials while they learn.

We’ve recently received over 1,000 refurbished laptops to help facilitate young people in the communities to continue with their education via remote online learning.

Pictured below at the end of October 2025: Gilston State School and surrounding schools donating over 250 double desks and 500 chairs with volunteers filling shipping containers ready to ship to the Pacific Islands.

How to Donate:

Simply complete the online form on our website. Please put a summary of the resources you have available to donate and we’ll organise a pick-up time.
