Student Attendance
Student Absences, Late Arrivals and Early Pick-ups
Parents and guardians can notify the College of their child's whole-day absence through the SEQTA Engage Parent Portal. To do so:
If you require assistance accessing SEQTA Engage, please contact the Helpdesk at helpdesk@pvcc.vic.edu.au.

Please notify your child's subject/classroom teacher and office@pvcc.vic.edu.au if your child will be arriving late.
Students arriving after the start of the school day must sign in on the iPads and obtain a Late Pass before proceeding to class.
Late sign-in locations:
To minimise disruption to classroom learning and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students, early pick-ups are available during the following designated times:
Kinder to Year 1
Collection location: Early Years Building
*Discretion is applied to above times due to student's timetabling on the day.
Year 2 to Year 11
Collection location: General Office
If you need to collect your child early, please email both the subject/classroom teacher and the office (office@pvcc.vic.edu.au) in advance, including:
The name of the person collecting your child (parent, guardian, or another authorised person)
Please note that we will only accommodate collection requests outside these times in exceptional circumstances.
For Kinder to Year 11 students, a parent or guardian must collect the student and sign them out.
Year 12 students may sign themselves out with prior written parent/guardian consent provided to both their subject teacher and the office.
Students who wish to leave because they are ill must ask the office staff or college nurse to contact their parents/carers on their behalf.
Students may not call home and arrange to be collected without the assistance of college staff.
These procedures help us maintain accurate records, support student safety, and ensure a consistent approach for all families while minimising disruption to learning.
We look forward to continuing to work together to support every student's success and wellbeing.
