There will be a pupil free day on Wednesday 24th June. Parent teacher interviews will be conducted on this day.
Parent Teacher Interviews - Wednesday 24th June
Parent-Teacher Interviews will be held on Wednesday 24 June from 12pm to 6pm. Bookings are now open on Compass. Interviews can be done online or face to face. If you wish to come into the school for your interview kindly notify your classroom teacher via Compass email. Bookings will close on Friday 19th June.
Semester Reports
Semester reports will be available to download from Compass on the afternoon of Friday 19th June.
French Day Crêpe Orders Close 12th June on QKR
To celebrate French Day on 14 July, we are excited to welcome back the Crêpe Van after its huge success last year! Authentic French treats, including madeleines and galette cookies, will also be available. Prices start from $7. Orders can be placed via QKR and will close on 12 June (due to the school holiday break). Don’t miss out!
Music Soiree Tuesday 16th June
On Tuesday 16th June we will be holding our first Music Soirée for the year in the hall. from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. We invite all year 4 students to take part in the Soiree and Choir to showcase what they have been learning in their classroom music program. Foundation to grade 6 students who play a musical instrument including voice are also invited to participate (limited solo places available). If you would like your child/ren to take part, please click HERE. Return the permission form to your child’s classroom teacher, the school office, or directly to Ms Exintaris by Friday 12th June. We look forward to seeing you at the Soirée and celebrating the wonderful musical achievements of our students!
Spatzenschule Lunch Order Day

Year 6 Bake Sale and Coffee Cart
Join us on Friday 26th June from 8am at our Coffee Cart morning. Grab a latte, a delicious home baked treat and mingle with fellow parents. We look forward to seeing you all there! All proceeds from the bake sale go towards the Grade 6 Graduation.
Secondhand Uniform Stall -Friday 26th June
Our Second-hand Uniform Stall will be open on Friday 26th June from 8:30am to 9:15am. Quality pre-loved uniforms available at great prices! Our stock is currently running low, and donations are warmly welcomed. Please drop any items into the school office.
Last day of Term concludes 2.30pm
Term 2 concludes on Friday 26th June. Students will be dismissed at 2.30pm. Term 3 commences on Monday 13th July.
Whole School Assembly
A whole school assembly will be held on the last day of term, Friday 26 June commencing at 9.10am. The assembly will be held outside, weather permitting. During the assembly, our citizenship awards based on overall performance for both citizen and growth (social/emotional/academic) will be presented to students from each grade level. Parents and carers are warmly welcome to attend.
Help Raise Funds for a New Kiln!
Commemorative Tea Towel:
Purchase your 100% cotton tea towel featuring artwork created by Toorak Primary School students. Printed in navy on a white tea towel, these make a wonderful keepsake or gift.
Cost: $20 each on QKR

Collection date: Thursday 10th September

Art Smock:
Purchase your child's Art smock today on QKR for $20. Orders close Tuesday 1st September (suitable for children aged 5–10 years). Children will decorate their smock with paint pens in a special art class.
Paint and Sip Sessions:
Parents, unleash your inner artist with a Paint and Sip session.
Dates: 12th June and the 21st of August
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Location : Art room
Cost : $60 on QKR
Instructing artist: Fiona Tweddle- The HAPPI project. Session includes:
• A canvas to create on.
• The use of acrylic paint, paint brushes and an easel.
• The serving of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with nibbles for the first hour.
Please note: this is an adult only event.
Art Raffle Donations- Can you help?
We are calling for donations of any new or unused art resources for our upcoming Art Raffle. Donations can be dropped off at the school office prior to the end of term.
All proceeds from the raffle will go towards the purchase of a new kiln for our Art Room. Thank you for your support!
ICAS - YEAR 2 to 6 Registration Now Open
ICAS is a globally recognised academic competition for school students.
TPS is offering assessments to Year 2-6 students in Mathematics, English and Science at a cost of $22 per subject. The tests will fall in school hours between the following dates (exact date TBC) -
- English: 7 Aug – 14 Aug
- Mathematics: 21 Aug – 28 Aug
- Science: 14 Aug – 21 Aug

Grade 6 Friyay! Graduation Fundraiser
Orders can be placed on Qkr for Donuts, Hedgehog, or Caramel Slice, alternating every Friday for $2. Orders close at 4pm each Tuesday. All proceeds raised go towards the Grade 6 Graduation.

Victorian Interschools Snowsports Championships 2026
Toorak Primary students are encouraged to get involved in this year’s Victorian Interschools Snowsports Championships — a fantastic opportunity for kids of all ages and abilities to represent the school, build confidence, and have a lot of fun on the mountain.
Events include skiing and snowboarding across a range of disciplines and experience levels.
