First Eucharist
Reflection on the First Eucharist Family Night
The First Eucharist Family Night was a wonderful and meaningful evening for all who attended. It provided a special opportunity for families to come together and reflect on the importance of this sacred sacrament in the life of their child. The presenters spoke with clarity, warmth and insight, offering valuable information and reflections that helped deepen our understanding of the Eucharist. Their engaging and thoughtful delivery helped create a calm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
It was heartening to see all of the children participate so respectfully and enthusiastically throughout the evening. Whether answering questions, sharing their thoughts, or listening attentively, each child contributed to the sense of community and reverence that filled the room.
The night was also a lovely reminder of the importance of taking time to connect with our children in meaningful ways. Sharing in this faith experience allowed parents and carers to walk alongside their children as they continue their journey toward receiving the Eucharist for the first time.
As the celebration of First Eucharist draws closer, we keep all of our candidates in our thoughts and prayers. May they continue to grow in faith and feel supported by their families and school community as they prepare for this very special moment.
Remember...You Are Always Welcome at Sunday Mass
As a Catholic school community, the heart of who we are is deeply connected to the Eucharist and the prayer life of our local parish. Gathering together at Sunday Mass is a special and meaningful way we live out our faith and strengthen the bonds between school, parish, and family.
We warmly invite all families - whether you come every week, haven’t been for a while, or are simply curious - to join us. Everyone is welcome!
Let’s continue to grow together in faith, hope and love.
We’d love to see you there!
