Let's Unite Against Poverty This Lent!

We are crazy for Caritas! 

Next Thursday 5th March, is Crazy Glasses Day. 

All students are invited to wear their Crazy Glasses and bring in a donation for Caritas.

Congratulations

A BIG Congratulations to these students and their families who on the weekend were "elected" by the Bishop, after their yearlong preparation program, to become Catholics!! The big celebration will be at the Easter Vigil where they will receive all the Sacraments as adults and baptised if children. The Mass will be in the Lindfield Killara Parish Church on Saturday April 4 at 7.30 pm. Come along and support them at the most important Catholic Mass of the year.

Praying in Lent

Wanting a good prayer app? "Pray As You Go" is recorded by the Irish Jesuits and is my go to prayer app with many different offerings for adults and children. Then if you don't have time to listen to anything why not try reading the short reflections on the Pope's Prayer App called "Click to Pray". It has the video of the Pope praying a particular intention each month and has three little reflections in the morning, afternoon and evening that take less than a minute to read. You literally pray with people all over the world and can even write your own intentions there. This month we are asked to pray with the Pope "for those children who have incurable diseases." Your own children could make this their Lenten prayer!  Check out www.popesprayer.va.
