Mathematics 

In Maths, we have been learning about the measurement of Time. Learning to tell the time, calculating the elapsed time and the difference between digital and analogue time. We are also reviewing our times tables, particularly 2x, 3x, 4x, 6x and 8x times tables. This term we are also reviewing our understanding of Place Value, recognising, representing and ordering numbers for numerals beyond 10 000. Part of our learning around place value will also include Estimating and Rounding numbers to the nearest 10, 100 and 1,000. This term, we will also be reviewing efficient written strategies such as the vertical algorithm, to solve Addition and Subtraction problems.
