PSSA Finals 

Last week’s PSSA finals showcased an impressive display of skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship across a variety of sports, highlighting the dedication and talent of students from schools in the Georges River. The finals were fiercely competitive, with many matches coming down to the wire, reflecting the high level of preparation and commitment from the players and their coaches. The event not only celebrated athletic excellence but also fostered a strong sense of community and school pride. 

Peakhurst saw four teams — Senior Boys Basketball, Softball, Tee Ball, and Senior Girls Soccer— compete with great determination and skill on the finals day. Congratulations to the Senior Boys Basketball and Mixed Softball teams, who emerged as premiers in their respective competitions. Our Mixed Tee Ball team also performed exceptionally well, finishing as runners-up. The Senior Girls Soccer team showed strong effort throughout the finals. Overall, it was a fantastic week of competition that highlighted the dedication and teamwork of all our players, coaches, umpires, convenors and parents.
