Education in Faith Leader

As part of our celebration of the Jubilee of the World of Education, our Jubilee Ambassadors have created a special prayer inspired by the Vatican’s Jubilee theme, “Pilgrims of Hope.” This Prayer reminds us that learning is a shared journey one of faith, discovery, and service where students, teachers and families walk together in hope.

We invite our community to join in this special Prayer, giving thanks for the gift of education and all who help us grow in wisdom and love.

All Saints’ Day – Saturday, 1st November (celebrated at School on Friday 31st October)

Next week we celebrate All Saints’ Day, a special feast in the Church’s calendar where we honour and remember all the saints those well-known and those unknown who have lived lives of faith, love and service.

For our children, All Saints’ Day is a beautiful reminder that everyone is called to holiness. The saints were ordinary people who made extraordinary choices to follow Jesus each day showing kindness, courage, forgiveness and compassion in their words and actions.

They remind us that we can all find ways to reflect God’s love in our everyday lives.

At school, we will take time to Pray in thanksgiving for the saints and to reflect on how we can follow their example. We will also talk about the saints connected to our school, Parish and personal lives, encouraging students to think about the qualities that make someone a “saint in the making.”

May this All Saints’ Day inspire us all children and adults alike to live with love, faith and joy.
