Digital Tech: 

Spotlight - Year 1/2 Community 

This term in digital tech the Year 1/2's have been exploring Scratch Jr as an introduction to coding and programming! 

We have become experts at making our own cartoons/animations by adding and connecting the coding blocks to give the characters instructions while also being resilient learners to use our problem solving skills when it doesn't quite work how we want the first try! 

We have been experimenting with the app to complete different challenges such as making a car drive across the city, making farm animals run a race and making the sun set, and so much more!! 

We have loved using our imagination and being creative to see what we have been able to come up with!
