Introducing Our New Strategic Plan: Towards 2030

Last week, I wrote to all families outlining the launch of our new College Strategic Plan, Towards 2030 (2025–2030). This marks an exciting new chapter for Trinity College and follows directly on from the successful completion of Ambition 2024, which brought about significant improvements in school culture, safeguarding, compliance, and governance. Developed through extensive consultation with students, staff, parents, and the College Advisory Council, the new Plan reflects our shared aspirations and respectfully references the enduring strength of the ‘TC Spirit’ that defines our community.

Towards 2030 is a future-focused and aspirational plan that places the formation of our students at its heart. It is challenged by our Vision - to be the leader in boys’ education and the formation of young Men for Others, and it is guided by our Mission - to provide innovative learning opportunities in a safe and nurturing environment. Our new Plan continues to be anchored in our five Spirit Ambitions: Faith, Excellence, Service, Community, and Stewardship. These values will shape our actions and decisions as we continue to grow and evolve as a college.

As stated previously, I invite you to read the full Strategic Plan. With optimism and purpose, we look forward to working together to bring this vision to life and to continue forming young men who are proud, capable, resilient and committed to serving others – Men for Others.
