We are excited to announce the launch of the Under 14 Junior Girls Competition 

The new competition aims to develop young female athletes and to build female participation across the Goulburn Murray Region. The competition will be a structured, fun, and competitive environment for girls aged 11-14.

Competition Overview:

• Age Group: Girls aged 11-14 (Under 14s).

• Game Format: The competition will consist of 12 v 12 on modified fields designed to suit the age and development stage of the players.

• Rules: will align with the AFL Junior rules for U14’s, including tackling.

• Hub Locations:

o Echuca/Moama (Friday afternoon)

o Shepparton (Friday afternoon)

• Registration: Players will register on PlayHQ through link provided

• Team formation: Players will be allocated to teams. Cohort preferences may also be considered.

Duration and Key Dates:

• Commences Friday 30th May and runs for 8 to 10 weeks

• The Grand Final will be played on August 10, 2025, aligning with the date of the Goulburn Murray Youth Girls & Women’s Grand Finals

Kyabram MyTime continues to meet every Thursday morning during school term supporting parents and carers of children with a disability.

It is a welcoming and safe environment for members to be with others who understand, share ideas, laugh and learn.

Pre-school age children are welcome and will be kept engaged nearby by a play leader.
