Congratulations to all our athletes who took part in the Division Athletics last week!  Everyone did an incredible job and should be mighty proud of their achievements.  Congratulations to all those who made it through to the Regional Athletics in Term 4.

Thank you to Tarryn, Flynn, Lyndal and Linda for looking after our team on the day!  Thank you to all our supporters who made it to the track at various times throughout the day!

Well Done Afterschool Netballers

A big congratulations to the Buninyong Afterschool Netball Team who made it through to the semi finals last week.  The game was so close that extra time was added.  Unfortunately the team didn’t make it to the Grand Final but we hope you all had an amazing term of netball!  Special thanks to Annie and Carley for organising and coaching the team as well as all the others who stepped in to help along the way.  Our students are so lucky to have such a supportive community around us!

Congratulations Jess

Just over a week ago, Jess won the Level 5 individual Western Regionals Gymnastics Championship competition in Warrnambool and has qualified for the Junior Victorian State Championship in October.  Results- 1st individual all round, 1st vault, 1st bars, 1st floor and 6th beam, with her team also winning the teams event.

An incredible effort that goes to show what dedication and determination can achieve.  Super proud of you!

Division Cricket Tryouts

Stay tuned for our Division Cricket tryouts in Week 1 of next term for any 5/6 student interested. Mr Conlan will notify students of when these are on.

What to bring to P.E.

Just a reminder for all students to bring with them their P.E. shoes, drink bottle (and hats in Term 1+4) to their P.E. classes.  As the weather is a little wetter, a different pair of sports shoes need to be brought (not worn) to P.E. as per the uniform policy.  This allows us to keep safe, look after our gym and make the most of our lessons together. Thanks to everyone who continues to remember these.
