Homestay help needed!!

We are excited to announce the upcoming SECOND BLOCK of the Regional Science Exchange Program at John Monash Science School, scheduled to take place in Term 3 - from the 21st July - 9th August, 2024.

As we prepare for this enriching experience, we are reaching out to our school community for support in hosting exchange students from regional Victoria.

Hosting an exchange student is a unique opportunity to open your home to a student from a regional area, providing them with a supportive environment during their three-week stay in Melbourne. By becoming a host family, you not only offer a comfortable place to stay but also contribute to the cultural exchange and educational enrichment of both your family and the visiting student.

We invite all interested families within the JMSS community to consider participating as host families for this program. Your support is invaluable in ensuring the success of the Regional Science Exchange Program and in providing rural students with access to specialised educational opportunities that they may not have access to locally.
