REMINDER – EARLY DISMISSAL TIMES NEXT WEEK
Thursday 17th September 1:00pm – Parent Teacher Interviews
Friday 18th September 1:00pm – Last Day of School
As we head into what is proving to a be a busy last week of term, a reminder to parents and carers that we have two days of early dismal next week.
The first is on Thursday, with students being dismissed at 1:00pm in preparation for Parent Teacher Interviews. If you have not already made a booking to see your child’s teacher please do so as soon as possible, as this is the last formal interview time for parents/carers to meet with their child’s teachers for the year. Thank you to those who have organised a time.
Teachers are looking forward to meeting with parents/carers and their child to discuss and celebrate their learning and personal goals. Our annual Book Fair will also be running on the night so please come down to the community room to check out the fair and purchase some books. Children will have the opportunity to view the fair next Monday-Wednesday. This is always a great event and we thank parents in advance for their support of the fair. All money raised goes towards the purchase of more books for our school library.
The final day of term is on Friday, which is our Footy Fun Day. Students will once again be dismissed at 1:00pm. This is always a great day, with staff and students participating in a range of fun footy based activities, culminating in our student/staff/parent footy match.
Again, please take note of the dismissal times above so that parents/carers can make the necessary arrangements for their child/children to be picked up at those times.
