Respectful Relationships

As part of the Wellbeing Curriculum implemented across Sandhurst Schools each fortnight we will share topics being covered in the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR) program.

Preps

Grade Preps have been focusing on the topic of "Be Who You Are."

Grade 1 & Grade 2

Grade Ones and Twos have a new topic, ‘Gender Norms and Stereotypes,' beginning with a lesson on Comparing Personal Preferences.  

Grades 3/4 

In Respectful Relationships, students are learning about gender norms and stereotypes, with a particular focus on R U OK? and the importance of checking in with their peers. 

Grade 5 and Grades 6

In Respectful Relationships, The 5/6’s have been looking at ‘help seeking’ and identifying times when we need to seek help during problems, and who to turn to.
