With plenty happening around the College grounds in Term 2, I wanted to share an update on some of the works currently underway, as well as a few projects on the horizon.

In Boys Boarding, our upgrades are continuing to progress well. This ongoing work is all about creating a more comfortable and welcoming space for our boarders to call home. As part of these improvements, we have also been busy creating new breakout rooms and an additional office, providing valuable spaces for both students and staff to make use of.
Over in Girls Boarding, gardening works are underway to freshen up and maintain the surrounding gardens, helping to keep these areas looking their best for our boarding community.
Safety, as always, remains a key priority. We have begun installing a new safety chain fence between Monivae and St Mary's, designed to keep our children safe and prevent them from running out onto the road. At MSC House, we are also carrying out some grounds work to remove a number of trees that have grown too close to the building.
Looking further ahead, we have started future planning for the development of new classrooms, an exciting step as we continue to invest in the facilities that support teaching and learning here at Monivae.
I look forward to keeping you updated as these projects continue to take shape over the coming months.
