Hands-on Science Enrichment

Selected Prep–Year 4 students recently took part in the PrimeSCI! Science Enrichment Program, offered through the Victorian Challenge & Enrichment Series (VCES) and Swinburne University. The focus was on forces and motion through the properties of toys.

Students experimented with push, pull, friction, gravity, tension, torque, and magnetism while testing toys and predicting outcomes. They were excited to discover how small changes could affect movement in big ways.

It was a fantastic VCES opportunity for students to further explore science in a hands-on, engaging way!
