Year 1/2 Learning Reflection

It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying our Twilight School evening together. Students were excited to share their learning, explore activities with their families and spend time together in our school community. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a lovely and memorable event.

Students in Grade 1 have been learning about Number Bonds and using Unifix blocks to help them build and solve number problems. Through hands-on activities, students have been practising addition and subtraction facts and developing their confidence with early number skills.

Students in Grade 1 have begun learning the Extended Code in Sounds Write. They have been exploring the different spellings that can make the /ae/ sound and practising reading and spelling words with these spelling patterns.
